Police Patrol Officer

Currently accepting applications for full-time Police Patrol Officers with the Police Division of the MTAA Police & Fire Department.

A background in law enforcement is desired. Pursuant to K.S.A. 74-5616(1) applicants must be 21 years of age to be certified as a law enforcement officer.  The Police Division works an 80-hour bi-weekly pay period consisting of 10-hour and 12-hour shifts.  Additional duties include some general maintenance and outside work. Starting Annual Wage is $43,035 - $46,363 (based upon experience) plus benefits.  Click here to download the application form and the job description.
